Spotlight Preivew features include:
- Text Message Call Capture: Allows a potential client to recieve photos and information directly to their mobile phone.
- 800 Call Capture: A traditional toll-free number to call for information is available for those who can't or don't want to text.
- Lead Management: Receive the phone number by text or email of potential clients interested in your listing. Check the number and time client requested info and what form of marketing they responded from i.e. Sign rider, Print ad, Internet, etc.
- Manage Photos and Info from Your Spotlight Account: Pick which photos you want to show up on the mobile phone as well as being able to pick what info is displayed i.e. Price, square footage. Beds, Baths, etc.
- Follow Up: Send texts to potential clients right from your computer using our exclusive "Lead tracking and Management tool" letting them know of any changes to the listing i.e. price reductions, open house, etc.

Spotlight Preview is $49 a month for unlimited listings and unlimited leads. Spotlight Preview subscription also entitles you to these customized Spotlight Tour packages:
- $49.00 - "Preview Basic" Virtural and Mobile Tour. Includes 10 professionally shot and edited pictures. (limited areas)
- $9.99 - "Self Service". Create a tour using up to 10 of your own photos.
- $0 - "Mobile Tour". A text only plan with no photo tour or mobile website.
